5 Principles in Designing The Life That You Want

Ambition

“Our opinions and knowledge are ultimately becoming not important, what matters is our ambition, actions and our attitude towards it”

Ambition is a strong desire to do or to achieve something, typically requiring determination and hard work. But you need to clearly distinguish between ambition and obsession.  The terms ambition and obsession are often interpreted the same, but both are different things. Despite having the basic psychical equation of desire, one’s will. Similar but not the same. Obsession is the desire (passion, lust) of something accompanied by effort, even impressed force to achieve that desire. Obsession is a desire accompanied by an uncontrollable or excessive emotional action, and no reason to realize his wish. It could be someone who has an ambition but it can cause a sense of distress and anxiety which is called obsession.

Although both in the form of desires, ideas, thoughts, images and emotions of the product of the mind. But it has a conflicting difference that ambition is more positive, whereas obsession leads to unhealthy negative traits and should be avoided. People often interpret ambition with negative things, or more often used in describing the greed of someone who has a strong desire to pursue fame, power or achievement of a particular business. Whereas human beings as a living beings must have the ambition to change a better life again. If someone has a desire, or has a plan, then focusing the energy and mind to realize the desire is to have an ambition. However, if the desire has so dominated the mind uncontrollably, for no reason and chasing blindly with overflowing emotions means that the person already has an obsession. People who have ambitions when they do not get the goal of a desire or their life design, they will try to get the goal in another way, or make another goal. In contrast to obsessed people, if they can not reach the goal they set, the tendency for depression will be greater.  Also remember that the bigger the life design, the bigger the ambitions required.

Choose your ambition wisely. Avoid over ambition that leads to overflowing obsession.

Action

Action is actually the basic foundation of your life design. All successful life designer are typical people who take action and never procrastinate. Your life design tomorrow will be determined by the actions you take today!

Therefore, after we have managed to find our purpose in life, our own life design, and have full faith and confident in it, we will take action to achieve it. But this is not just an act of mediocrity, I want you to take great action! Take inspired action! Take a bigger action to take you to reach your  life design that you want! Action is one of the main keys to achieving whatever you want in this life. Without action, there will never be a reaction. Every outcome you experience in life is a result of how you react to events that have occurred before. This is n universal law. Without action, all your life design will be meaningless. When God sending you his universal code and language, you must took immediate action. This is the key.

Many people have great life design or purpose but they only dare to take small or mediocre actions. In the end, their lives became small and mediocre too. Action is one of the most important keys if we want to design a better life. It is very impossible if we dream of changing lives while our actions have not changed at all and are still constant in accordance with the life you are living right now. If you want to design a better life, then you need to take great action, fight the fear that develops wildly in your mind.

All successful people must take great action, even though sometimes that big action can be an accumulation of small actions that are continuously taken and corrected while continuing to enjoy the process in order to achieve the goal.

Never be afraid to try and take action. Don’t procrastinate, but do it while you can. Don’t wait for a new motivations to start, but just start it and then you will be motivated. Don’t wait for a new project to work, but work then the project will wait for you. Don’t wait for  new example to move, but move then you will be an example to be followed by other. No matter how slow your progress is, as long as you don’t stop and give up then you will achieve it. You will never fail unless you stop trying! Don’t be afraid, don’t give up, life is really beautiful!

We are what we repeatedly do, therefore your life design is not just an act but also a habit. Our opinions, knowledge and beliefs are ultimately becomes not too important, what is important now is our actions to achieve the life designs that we have made.

Attitude

One of the most important steps you can take toward achieving your greatest potential in achieving our life design is to learn to monitor your attitude and its impact on your performance, relationships and everyone around you.

In psychology, attitude is a psychological construct, a mental and emotional entity that inheres in, or characterizes a person. An attitude can be as a positive or negative evaluation of people, objects, events, activities, and ideas. It could be concrete, abstract or just about anything in your environment, but there is a debate about precise definitions. Think of your attitude with this equation: Energy = Motion. From this paradigm, attitude determines movement forward or back.

When your attitude is unproductive and you need to shift from a negative thought pattern, draw upon your inner coach: Reprogram fearful, defeatist thinking toward thoughts charged with power, conviction and faith. Focus on your ability to meet your goals. Your attitude about success can become your self-fulfilling prophesy. Choose to be a champion.

Attitude talk is a way to override your past negative programming by erasing or replacing it with a conscious, positive internal voice that helps you face new directions. Your internal conversation—that little voice you listen to all day long—acts like a seed in that it programs your brain and affects your behavior. Take a closer look at what you are saying to yourself.

When focusing on becoming successful it is important to be aware of the influence attitude can have on this. It depends on your attitude whether you are able to achieve your life design, or not. It’s the magical part that lets you reach success. Just imagine a very wealthy person for some seconds. I’m pretty sure you thought about a happy and very cheerful person. You might have had other considerations about this person as well, but none of these dealt with pessimism, anger or unhappiness, right?
